allinheels @bboothe1 If you were interested in submitting an offer through the offer button I'll try to be as flexible with the price as I can afford to be for you. Sometimes people get items on sale, sell used items, are desperate to sell things, etc. and the price of their listings reflect that. Personally based on what I spent and because these have never been worn I can't afford to go down to $38 on these.
