A beautiful, sexy dress with gray top and black/white stripes stretchy skirt. This dress was made in the Philippines where most of the Banana Republic dresses also come from, so i would say it has the same high quality. Fabric is satin top and spandex bandage skirt. The sleeves are open from shoulders down to the waist. Measurements: Shoulder to hemline is 30" and Waist to hem is about 13.5". New, never worn, without the tag. Fits a small to medium.
