The perfect Maxi. It's navy blue with pleating in the front and identical pleats in the back. Two slits on the front on both legs. It's 100% polyester with a shell underneath. The skirt feels like chiffon to me. I originally purchased at a boutique on Newbury St. and wore once on vacation. It's in perfect condition!
