Really good quality skirt, the material is on the thicker side, about a 14inch slit on the side. I'm 5'3 and I wear this high waisted and it's the perfect length. Tag says size 1 but it would definitely fit XSMALL- MEDUIM. Got it at a vintage vender so it's used, but in like new condition!
