671jld @blissfulinaz hi! It is battery operated. I have not tried to change it to get it working. I bought it and never used it. The whistle is not functional.

blissfulinaz @671jld May I suggest that since you can see the battery, you replace it and raise the price? You could replace it yourself so not very much!!
