You sound like you have some pretty severe ailments, I'd suggest a 72 hour hold ...Measurements armpit to armpit is 16 inches, waist is about 14.5 inches, and length of skirt is 17. 5 inches. I took the measurements lying flat. I am a 34D bust and 28 inch waist and this dress fits me just right. Thanks for the fun!
