klou66 Hi again.. I veiwed the reversal of charges on 2 12.99. However there is still a charge for 20.99 and 15.99 .. My total purchase from you is just the 3 shirts correct ??

liveworkcreate @klou66 Sorry for taking a while to get back to you. I just got in. Yes, the purchase was for the three shirts. The other two charges would have been $12 + 4.99 = $16.99 each, and they both should have been refunded to you immediately. I'm not sure what the other charges are from.

liveworkcreate @klou66 You sent me an offer for $16 + $4.99 or this top, which would equal the $20.99 however that offer was declined. Nothing should have been taking from your account since I never accepted the offer. If it says anything differently, definitely get in contact with Posh support to get it figured out. What does it say next to the charge?
