fifig23 @luxsolis_ Hi! I think it looks great! The only thing I would consider adding to your profile is that you follow all posh rules. That will encourage people to stay and look, especially for host picks. If you haven't already read the Posh rules carefully, I would do that. Some people I think don't bother and then post stuff that is against the rules (electronics, men's clothes, baby's clothes) and then wonder why they don't get a lot of traction or any host picks. Suggested users often won't even look at closets that don't follow the rules. Of course you will see people with a lot of followers who sell stuff that isn't allowed, but they are running the risk of having their account cancelled. But I'd say you're off to a great start! Good luck!

I used my hats in the pictures from the beginning because I hoped they would add some anonymity (I'm a pretty private person) but it turns out hats are a huge plus when trying to take selfies! You just look down, click and it usually captures the item without me needing to look at the camera. Win win! But thank you so very much for your kind words- I really appreciated it. I'm truly humbled. If we were neighbors, I would totally come over and show you how I take the pictures so you could do it too! But I know you can do it! And you shouldn't cringe at all to take the pictures- you are beautiful! But it can be an awkward thing to do, I know. And any old hat would do! But I do love my rag and bone hat (that's the black, floppy one.) I feel like I could come in from the gym, no makeup, put on the hat, a dash of red lipstick, and be ready for a posh picture (that hides half of me!) Ha! jjaquess You are too sweet!! I do not at all think of myself as being established on here. I've just been on a long time. I would love if we were neighbors. I really do need a lesson in the picture taking dept. I need a floppy hat. I don't own even one, which is crazy living in southern CA. You're really onto something with the hats. I like anonymity & I can see how tegu would come in handy. As for your closet, omg I drool. I wish I had a need for the things you have listed. I teach kindergarten & have a 5 year old son, so I stick to Target & TJ Maxx. Lol. My things usually end up stained with marker & food. We definitely need to stay in tough. ❤️😊

fifig23 Jennyne thank you for sharing with me a little bit about you- it was great to learn that you are a kindergarten teacher (my 5 year old niece starts kindergarten this Thursday and I can hardly believe it! She is my twin sister's oldest, and my Goddaughter, and a huge light of my life!) Everyday must be an adventure for you! :-) Important work for sure. And you have a 5 year old yourself! You are a busy lady!! And truth be told, I have very little need for half of my closet! I was a big-time shopper in my twenties and, while I love the things I collected, I was often frivolous and now that I'm married, with a mortgage, a pup, I feel I don't need these things any more. I much prefer nights in with my hubs than nights out! I have my few staples that I go back to when I need them. And I am not at all one of those girls who likes to wear things once. When I love something, I LOVE it. I don't have any of my super favorites listed because I'll wear them until I wear them out! But I could never watch that movie Shopaholic because it made me uncomfortable because it hit too close to home! So it has been very cathartic to sell some of the things I bought so long ago just because, "I loved it." Anyway, I could go on and on there but I won't bore you! I love TJ's, Marshalls, Tjmaxx too! If I ever have kids, we are going those places to shop for back to school! I would love to stay in touch! Have a great day!!

My mom would bring you to her bible study with her! I am just so flattered beyond belief that you like this cover shot and mentioned @katef and @lyann. My goodness!! I SO wish I could come to Poshfest!! :-( But I am going to Spain with hubby (we're very excited!) for one of my best friend's weddings (I think I might have already told you??) in October and I couldn't swing both.
