ashleyema @khkdomer I'm not 100% on the material, you sound familiar with H&M - you know those dresses they have with the material that's like a chiffon? It's like that, but i'll definitely check as soon as I get home. It has an elastic waist - just like they do on their dresses (like I said you sound familiar with H&M clothes just like me lol :) ) I would say it's a 4-6, I wear a 4/6 and it fits me, I just decided to sell it - too many clothes. I'll measure the dress when I get home and send you all the measurements. :) Pls lmk if you have any questions in the meantime that I can help you with. :)

So shoulder to shoulder measures 14.5" / length from top to hem measures 35.5"/ waist - elastic in stretched is 14" across, stretched fully 18" across. Material is 100% polyester and the lining is also 100% polyester. Has an extra button attached to label still. And little belt hoops for if u want to wear a belt I tagged u in the belt listing. Pls lmk if I can help any further. 😊
