Torrid skirt Sz 3. 95% cotton (stretchy). NWT and has banded waist. I think it's like a pencil skirt or mini skirt type. However, it is not short. It's knee length. I think it's a size 2X.

@caa08701 waist is 20 in, 24 L and bottom of skirt is 19 in wide. The top of skirt could be folded from it looks like to me.
