vivasm @sydneyconstance yes, it's quite frustrating at times. But like yourself I have made some great connections with some fabulous women and love seeing all the new items they post. I started following you as well!! Your closet is glorious. I have seldom seen Bakelite items on posh, those are the first types of purses I collected. I had an old friend that was also a collector and an "insider" with the Miami beach elite and they would let us just have vintage items to make room in their homes. That was 20 years ago!! vivasm @sydneyconstance here's my email vivas.sara@gmail.com. If like to keep in touch and build a friendship bond. I wasn't going to tell you, but in some of my listings you can piece it together. I'm a cancer patient. I have stage 4 sarcoma that I first battled in 04'-08' then went in remission, there's a long story in between which I'll fill you in on email, but in November I was positive again. It had metastasized to my brain and I had my second and hopefully final brain surgery in early June. A week later I started chemo, which I'm still undergoing for a few more weeks. I also only have one kidney and through the treatment complications I have to be in the hospital five days a week for chemo and dialysis. So not to be too heavy, but that's what I'm facing right now. Please don't say your sorry, I'm still alive and fighting. But do email me so we can become better friends. I've made so many bonds on posh with ladies I've never met, and in hindsight they have been far more supportive then my actual real life friends. They only hang around me when I'm well. I don't consider those friends. And the sad part as I've known them for 20+ years. Sad really. So if I havnt scared you off please email me at your leisure. We already have a great sense of style in common!! Xx Sara

vivasm @sydneyconstance hi there. Just checking in. It seems like this week has gone forever. Thanks for your response the other day. I'm really looking forward to this weekend. I get a break from all of this. I'm feeling so so. I had treatment this morning. The nausea has waned enough to take the medicine for nausea. Irony at its finest. So I'm feeling somewhat comfortable enough so I can sleep tonight. I'll be sick tomorrow for several hours and by Sunday no sickness at all and I can enjoy my mothers birthday party. We have a lot of family in town for her party and to see me. My daughter starts kindergarten on Wednesday. I scheduled my dialysis for later that day so we can see her off to school and I'd like to get her into her uniform and adjusted to how she can get it out to go potty. Then we can take her into her class and then my husband can take me to the clinic. So hopefully next week will be better. Even if it isn't for me I have to make it be for her. Oh, I posted just a cover shot for my newest listing and I got poshmark editors pick. Which I guess is a really big deal. At least they recognize not just anybody has this bag. It's several years old but like new. It's really a collectors item. I'm not exactly sure why I posted it, I just wanted to bring more traffic to my closet. But I'd sell maybe for the right offer. Speaking of which, I'm trading out the Chloe. I got an amazing bundle deal, including a Chanel caviar mademoiselle tote. Which is just my kind of thing. Plus 6 other handbags and a pair of sunglasses. Oh I forgot to mention we did a bundle trade of the Marcie and the spring street lv. So a pretty big trade. I'm excited about it. vivasm @sydneyconstance hi there. Boo hoo. I spoke too soon or jinxed myself because the woman I was going to trade with cancelled on me. She said her husband wouldn't let her. It's kind of funny that her husband has a say on her handbags but she may have just wanted an excuse. It totally makes me mad though because I lost so many potential sales and trades because of her. But that ship has sailed and I have bigger problems than a handbag. Besides that, today was a good day. Just a bit sick this morning and saw all my family for a while. Now I'm back home relaxing and hanging up my daughters uniforms as they just arrived as I got here. Thank god. I had to buy her a size smaller because I couldn't have her not in uniform on her first day. So that's a big worry off of my mind and I can take the smaller one back.
