mickydkat @ginamae16 hello! Sorry for the late response, the brand is called Lush. The material is 95% rayon 5% spandex so it's a comfortable soft, somewhat stretchy material. Let me know if you have any other questions!

mickydkat @sunshine1027 yeah I guess it depends on your torso length and where you want it to fall on you. You could try measuring 23 inches from just underneath your boobs and see where that gets you 😉
