University Flare velour pants are new without tags. I Ordered them from VS's web site so they didn't come with tags. Color is Cream/Ivory. Perfect for fall! Has silver sequins on front and two pockets on back. I really love them and bought them because I have the matching hoodie but don't like how they look on me.
