I can get you measurements if you'd like, but putting it on won't do it justice. Fyi -- it was pretty popular on Pinterest last summer, so if you want an idea of styling I'd check there! (That's where I first saw it and had to have it. ☺️ unfortunately, it turned out to be too big.)

kelseym316 @reillyg ohh, definitely! I'm usually a 2-4 and it sit really low on my hips. It's about a size 6, or 15" across lying flat.

kelseym316 @jinnyhongx3 no, there shouldn't be any stretch at all. It's a thick, sturdy material. I suppose it could have some give as it's worn over time, but I wouldn't expect much considering what it's made of.

kelseym316 @jnicholson92 of course! It's 15" to the longest part of the scallop from the hem. Since it isn't a straight hem obviously, it's not 15" all the way around. The "v" in between scallops is an inch shorter, or 14" from the hem. Does that make sense? If not, let me know and I'll try to clarify further.
