pampiglet @kittycircus Hi again! Here are the measurements: armpit to armpit- 14 1/2, waistline- 14, hips- 16 1-2 to 17, hem across - 16, and dress length - 26 1/2. I measured the dress from the middle of dress to hem! I hope this helps you figure out if it fits! It is meant to be mini skirt. No stretch to it. I measured the length from the shoulder strap to hem- 36"😃
