@joycg7 I googled the name of the shoe and its not the same style. Just wanna make sure that the shoe itself is a 7 women? Does it say on the inside of the shoe? Sorry to bother you. The size conversion for UK and EUR sizes and I think this might be a size 7 in big kids which is more like a size 8.5 or 9 in women's. I'm so bummed.
