From my grandmother's collection, this ring has detailed flowers & 4 micro pearls on its corners. The backing foundation is tightly affixed to the metal ring for strong support. At the center of the face lays a pale Orange/Gold transparent gem. There is a small nick towards the base of the gem. See above pictures.

julielapierre @kimilee On the 2nd picture, there is a small nick towards the base. Otherwise, I don't see anything. It feels smooth as well. Would you like additional pictures?

julielapierre @kimilee The spot measures almost .25 centimeters in length. It really is difficult to see. It almost looks it delicately hit something hot and melted that small portion. I'm pretty sure the stone is a type of plastic.
