This pretty vintage hair comb is a filigree bow set on a tortoise she'll comb, not sure if the tortoise shell is real but I doubt it. This is a substantial piece, not flimsy, beautiful in person. A couple teeth in the comb are damaged as evident in pics but it still holds your hair nicely. Best in thicker hair, not thin fine hair, due to the weight.
