I had a perfect 5/5 rating until a customer who purchased a $5 item, rated my sale poorly, even though it was in perfect condition, shipped promptly, & wrapped beautifully. Why? The item didn't fit! The size was accurately stated. When you buy on Posh you do not try on. So items may not fit. As long as description is accurate, it’s unfair to rate the seller poorly! I videotape all my sales. 💃🏽 Poshing since 2012. All offers welcome. I ship within a day of purchase. Smoke free home

nessasaurus @yassic I had a buyer rate my item 0 stars because it didn't fit and wanted me to buy it back from her, so I definitely know the feeling !

yassic @nessasaurus I'm sorry. That is so sad it's funny! I can perfectly understand if the item was not as described. But item not fitting a buyer is not the seller's delemma. I've had plenty of items not fit here. In my case the item I sold was a true large (women's). It just happened not to fit her. She didn't ask any questions. Just bought. Block your former customer so you don't have to interact with her again. 😜Hopefully they will improve the way ratings are done in future updates. Have a fab day and thank you for sharing my closet today. 😘

bellasbeauties It's so sad that women can be so mean and nasty to each other.. Over clothes my lord.. If you don't ask enough questions before you buy , who's fault is that.. Not the sellers.. I had one girl get all pissy with me for asking what she thought were to many questions.. But personally that's how you cover your A~=s~=s.. So if something comes not as described you've asked all the right questions.. My questions I ask everyone are, any stains, holes, rips, tears or loose stitching... GOODLUCK ladies... Hope all goes well.

smartyknickers Oh my gosh, how awful! Sorry this happened to you. You are clearly an honest seller and did not deserve a 2/5 rating. Videotaping each sale is a brilliant idea and I might start doing that myself. I wonder if poshmark would accept a video from a seller in the case of "item not as described", or even a poor rating. Although, in the case of "item not as described," to poshmark, it's MUCH easier just to side with the buyer and allow them to return the item, regardless. Cheaper and less hassle. Videos would certainly come in handy if a buyer wrecked an item that they didn't like, and then claim that it wasn't as described. I'm sad that this happened to you, but wow, what a wake-up call for all of us that not everyone out there is reasonable.

yassic @smartyknickers it's ok :) I do recommend videotaping and showing the shipping label in the same frame as item, so it's obvious video was taken after sale.

melllaaa_2011
melllaaa_2011 @yassic I've had the same thing happen, or people won't read the description then rate you one star based on the item not fitting and it brings your whole rating down. So frustrating!

yassic @mludwig627 most people who post their ratings are the poshers who are doing well anyway so in my book that's good. When purchasing, think the best indicator is looking at sold postings and the interaction between buyer and seller. Ratings can be very subjective. Don't worry about it 😊

arronharless
arronharless @yassic gurl you have always had an amazing closet and such a sweet personality! I hate they let ppl put a low raring because it didn't fit them, even when you clearly did everything the way it was suppose to be done ! I honestly believe there are just some ppl that are just truly unhappy and will never be satisfied. Anyone who knows you knows you are a 5 star posher!! Much love girl! !

yassic @jewelrybyjulie Hello, you must have tagged me by mistake? I can answer your question though. When people add items to a bundle they usually mean to eventually purchase at least 2 items from you. They want it in one shipment to save on shipping and also most sellers offer a discount for 2+ purchases. Click on your name on bottom of your home screen on posh and read the frequently asked questions. Please note a like or adding an item to a bundle does not guarantee a sale.
