I had a perfect 5/5 rating until a customer who purchased a $5 item, rated my sale poorly, even though it was in perfect condition, shipped promptly, & wrapped beautifully. Why? The item didn't fit! The size was accurately stated.
When you buy on Posh you do not try on. So items may not fit. As long as description is accurate, it’s unfair to rate the seller poorly! I videotape all my sales. 💃🏽
