This blue and purple vintage dress by Pui Fung is spectacular :D It features a design of blue watercolor flowers on a purple back drop, as well as a belt with a golden wing buckle. The tag says it is a size 9, but after wearing it occasionally I would place it more at a 4 (or a large small). It is also better for someone who has a B or C cup. It is in great condition and the only thing I've noticed is that the slip underneath is very wrinkled and it has a vintage smell (from a vintage shop).
