armine1122 Can you make this skirt in an extra small waist size? Also, I really like the way the skirt looks in the first picture where it looks like your hands are in the pockets. Is there tulle in the skirt, is that why it appears to be flaring the way that it is, or does it look like its a flared skirt because you are making it look like that?
