I do not understand your question about the shoulder strap. Would you mind rephrasing? 😊 the bag is brand new with tags so it's not been worn, if your question was "will the strap stay up on your shoulder". I've had several shoulder bags of Coach and never had a shoulder slippage issue with a single strap bag. I'll tag you once I have posted measurements.

rozsingh @diannetaylor hi, at the widest length it's 9 3/4"L x 7"H x 3"W. It's 3"W at the widest part and is a zip closure at the top so it's narrow there.
