NWOT perfect condition! Durable high quality lace vest bought from a boutique a few years ago and never worn. Bodice of vest has a flower like design in ruffles over the lace. Hem of vest is multiple layers of various lace and tulle, front hangs a little longer than back hem! Gold oversized safety pin is the closure for vest. Chain hanging between the safety pin has 3 charms; a key, a clover/flower, and a lock!
