luv_julz_joyHi @erincap. Once it's steam out, it's somewhere between the waist and bust. But maybe I'll change it to bust on my description, thank you for that😉😀 Not sure if it juniors. I bought it at a dress store so everything fits everyone I'm assuming. ☺
