manymurrays @buddhapunkin if you haven't updated the button won't appear-it's next to the buy now button. I would update if i were you because you may be missing offers that people are giving without it😢💔. I believe that if the price is lowered then the person can just buy it and get the reduced shipping, which is what I've been doing rather than accepting the offer. It really only makes a difference during this closet clear out stuff. Hope that's helpful!👍😊♥️

I know you're an experienced posher, and I've been on here for about a year too, but I've never encountered this issue before...a posher wants to return an item and they're arguing that I misrepresented the size of a handbag. Obviously it's all in posh's hands, but I was wondering if you could offer me your perspective since it seems you've been on here for a while! I'd be happy to give you more info but don't want to list it all here unless you're up to giving your thoughts haha :) Thanks!

manymurrays @asauva09 hi! The buyer has to produce photos that prove you misrepresented it. It can take a week to sort out so just hang in there. In my experience they've always been very fair♥️😊👍

capitalcloset11 Thanks so much for your response - I really appreciate it! :) I had pretty clear photos and an accurate and honest description but didn't list precise inches of the item. It's a popular handbag (I found a ton of others on posh), so I figured if somebody wasn't familiar with the size of the bag and needed to know the exact size, they would ask. The posher who purchased the bag made me an offer through the offer feature and I accepted - they didn't ask any questions at all. Whenever that happens I assume they didn't have any questions and didn't find anything to be unclear/incomplete in the photos/description. (If you're curious, it's the most recent item sold in my closet). I've just never had this happen before and feel very odd about it so I wanted to try to reach out to some other people to see what they thought. At least I know I didn't provide any false information in my listing so hopefully posh can see that haha! Thanks again for your help - I'll be sure to be extra patient! :)
