Short black pencil skirt with velvet baroque detail from H&M. Size 4 in H&M sizing, but fits like a standard 00. For reference, I'm 4'11" with a 23-24" waist, 32" hip. Excellent used condition. Measurements when lying flat: waist 12.5", length 17", hip 17".
