@scat52 - Ruby Rox is a Junior line so their size 16 is a bit more form fitting that a woman's brand. I can get you additional measurements if you like. In my opinion the dress alone I think would be too casual for a Christmas party, you could dress it up with a sparkly shrug or wrap and some fun statement jewelry. Also pairing with some ruby red heels would dress it up nicely I think. :)
