Are these stretchy ? What is inseam?

@cdivinsky ... These have a little stretch to them. The inseam measures at a 32. Please let me know if there are any other questions I can help you with or are interested. These have never been worn. I just have so many pairs of jeans!!! Hopefully today I get more listed.
