This dress is "AS U WISH" but it is from Nordstrom (great quality!!). Worn only once to a party! It is loose up top then it is right by the sequins. It has an elastic band up top to keep the dress up and it is so comfortable and perfect for dancing! If you have any questions or want me to post a different angle let me know!
