Tan Leather straps, with a yellow outside with "DOONEY & BOURKE" printed in a geometric fashion, fabric on the inside is red with a magnet to securely shut. This was a gift and I've only taken it out a handful of times. Very new looking. No scratches or rips. Slight discoloration at the bottom seam.
