iamgeni@shopfun4me Mornin! Because the strap length is adjustable, I measured from the top of the bust triangle down the side seam and it was about 31". The fabric is a soft jersey/t-shirt like material and is a bit see-through. I wore a layered skirt underneath the time I wore it. Would recommend a slip or shorts, just to be safe! :)
