drmartavictoria Hi. I just want to inform you.I purchased the purse on oct 9. On October 19 she emailed me that the purse is in usps on its way. I tracked the package .NO SHIPMENT SENT On October 24. So I filed a dispute on 🅿️ , then I got an email from p. That the item is on its way to me. I still have to check if is authentic , since I asked the woman for the authenticity card and she never gave me one. I think I may have to file an other claim on her and get full refund. That is why I opened a claim. I'm sorry you're so upset. You have to expect an occasional unhappy buyer.
