@tuckerlee1 Hi Lisa, Sure...This is actually one of the nicest Coach bags that I've seen; I will gladly double check its authenticity. I recall checking the number when I first got the bag, and making sure that it had YKK zipper pulls, etc.

@kimsgurl143 Hi!! Posted the Coach creed label...from Macy's originally. I looked over the bag very closely (it's gorgeous!!!). Will post 2 more photos for you...the only wear I see is a tiny bit on one of the bottom corners...hope you're feeling well!

I feel your pain...literally...I think...at least the fibro stuff...I have back pain, neck/shoulder pain, both hands...blah blah blah (!). Anyway, if I'm hearing you correctly, let's first figure out the kind of bag you really need...I have more not yet listed...then let's see if I might have one that would fit your needs better....(Ctd.)

@kimsgurl143 ...Sound like a bag with lighter shoulder straps...or even stand up handles might be a better fit for your needs. This bag is lovely and a nice medium size...but the weight of the chains makes it heavier to begin with. I've found that it's also helpful to have a bag that hugs closely, with 2 just-right sized shoulder handles. That way the bag doesn't add as much extra pressure as one that "hangs around." We can figure something out...take your time! π©π»ππ» Feel better....
