This lovely burgundy dress features a pearl and rhinestone collar as well as cap sleeves. Perfect for the holidays. Can be dressed up or down. It is in excellent condition. The only notable flaw is that one of the pearls on the collar is missing--a very easy fix. Made in the USA. Last photo is from the modcloth style gallery.

daniclari @emmaingram38 The measurements when the dress is laid flat are as follows: waist 13" across, bust 16.5" across. The dress has plenty of stretch and can fit a variety of body types. As long as you're a small or extra small, it should fit.

daniclari @emmaingram38 And in case this helps, my measurements right now are about 32-23-35, and it fits fine. But the dress could fit a way bigger waist and bust if necessary.
