blackandwhite@snow_angel_1984 Thanks for your patience. Here are the measurements: chest is about 32" but it flares out to about 35" at the bottom. From shoulder to bottom is 20". It's an iridescent sequins -- sort of white with faint pinks and blues when it hits the light. I wouldn't say it's scratchy under the arms. Hope that helps.
