el7e @lora8 it's called sugar glitter. It's not loose it's actually a roll and each piece is cut to fit and glued into the necklace frame via the glue on 🔙 of the sheet. It is textured, but it will not fall off everywhere. If you have seen any glitter jewelry at express or ny&co it's the same technique.
