Stunning all over sequin skirt. No tags but I never wore. Purchased from a boutique. Sequins are flat and not scratchy. Great condition. About 13.5 inches in length. Zip back closure. Material does have some stretch. Waist measured a little under 14.5 inches across when laying flat. Looks fab with a bright flowy top tucked in. Add tights and it would be great for NYE!
