hawaiianinhlywd 💃Skirt is long so heels might be needed. Measures about 44.5" from top of waist to bottom of lace. Waist band is about 3". Meant to be worn high on waist. Laid flat waist is 14.5 " along top seam...band is flat in front and elastic in back so will fit comfortably 💃really stunning color🌹🌹
