shakia214 Your supposed to see it on your side processing and posh usually sends an email saying order was canceled by seller if they didn't send email then it was canceled if it still says in process then it was not cancelled. After she cancels it will take about 3 days to get your money back to your account

You give yourself a bad rep as a seller when any moment people can buy from you and then you change your mind that's not right at all and people will not trust to do business with you. I'm just saying what your doing is wrong and you should have chucked it up as a lost especially since that person was not willing to buy

only1bookey @shakia214 I never really changed my mind. She was still getting her shoes shipped to her, they're boxed up already and all but I wanted to see if I could get a better offer, if so I was going to tell her and cancel the order. She still wants her refund so that's that. She getting it.

simplylavish Disgusting how she was talking to you too! You're a customer. She's on your time. I would've contacted poshmark & told them of the issue at hand. They probably would've refunded you quicker. Smh she's really disgusting. & when did she ship? Cause if she shipped Saturday then you'll get it today. But if she sent it to the post office, they'll scan it right there. If she had a pick-up, it takes til the night of for the item to scan. Either way, it should've been scanned if she shipped on Saturday.

simplylavish @only1bookey when did you ship? Cause if you physically went to the post office, it would've automatically been scanned right then & there. If you did a pick up, it would scan that same night. Regardless, you should have a tracking number for @berry212 at this time. Since you're stating you've shipped. If not & you're just BSing, you should just cancel the order on your end. After 7 days, she can cancel it. Just cancel the order & move on. Don't no one need any of this when a new year is about to start. Don't start the new year with bad energy lingering around.

only1bookey Never said I shipped it honey. All she did was order it, they sent me a label with her address then the status on the shoes now says pending USPS Scan. Every time I click cancel order a page pop up with the order, stats and everything and at the bottom it says "All cancelations need approval by posh. " @simplylavish

only1bookey Nothing I can do as of now. I contacted POSHMARK customer service, they should be getting right back with 1-2 days. So bye, stop mentioning me and gone bout your business cause its not that serious! You disgusting for sitting up here typing this long behind paragraph bout something that doesn't involoves you. She harrassed me through text. Text me about 50 times about some shoes I wanted to get a better offer for? If I haven't received her money yet nor did she receive my shoes, everything gone be straight. Y'all really making a big deal out of nothing. And IDC if she text my phone again she gone get cursed out again. We deal with things over POSH not phone. Thank you, @simplylavish

Going back & forth is not my forte, unfortunately. & you have the right to cancel it. You have your options. You can just choose you changed your mind & poshmark takes care of it from there. ... @berry212 I say contact poshmark, show your dialogue & her refusing to cancel & they should handle it from there.
