carys @natalieannnix well depending on the shorts I can be a 0, a 1 or a 3 and these fit me plenty fine. What's great about them is the stretchy elastic waistband, so even a medium set person can wear this just fine! The one thing I would pay attention to is your height. I'm relatively tall (5'8") and so I have to wear shorts underneath them in case the wind picks up or something xD but if you're shorter than I am they'll fit perfectly!!

carys Oh okay then this will fit you perfectly :) @natalieannnix and you can wear it as high or as low on your hips as you'd like. I always wear it around my waist, like on the picture. So if I wore it actually on my hips then I probably wouldn't have the length problem either, silly me!! Haha

carys I'm not sure because I can't find our tape measure, but the other skirt in my closet is 15.5" and this skirt is definitely shorter by at least a couple inches. I'll try to measure it for you though @fatima1394
