tdgrable24@sherarace waist is 19in across. The slip dress underneath is stretchy. And there is a zipper closure on side. I didn't even realize it was there because I just slipped it over my head lol.

tdgrable24@designer3000609 Hi there :-) It does have adjustable straps :-) Its a size small. But I am a 38D And I could wear the large and the medium. So If you are a medium then you can probably wear the small. What number size are you?
