Hi! You're very lucky this bag is beautiful. May I ask because I'm just a little curious I just bought an LV purse it came with a lock and key there's a number on it but the lock only said Louis Vuitton Paris it didn't have the Made in engraved on it. Does yours have the "made in On it? I'm sorry to ask I'm just wondering I just want to make sure I got the real thing

@susyal - the lock on a New Authentic Louis Vuitton Speedy has only Louis Vuitton Paris engraved on the Lock, the other side of lock should have LV engraved on it, also the number on the bottom of the lock should coincide with the # on the key. Does Your bag have a date code? Upload ur new Louis Ill check it out for u! 😎

@knmahalo yes. It's a Monti GM. I bought here so it was authenticated by the concierge service but the lock not having the made in kinda threw me off. I'll post it

@donnaw906 both sides don’t have holes. Only one does. There would be no point in having a hole to lock an open bag....BEAUTIFUL bag. Just got the bands 35 damier ebene and am obsessed
