mommyc @megdavis77 sorry it took me so long.i literally just finish her hair..ok its 13inch from where ur foot rest to the top of the boot. If i measure from the bottom of the heel its 14inches.hope that helps.im not 100% on the formal way to measure the shaft

mommyc @momma_bevo ok sorry.my teenager was driving us home & it tares my nerves up.lol ok..what i do is cut down the middle of the back of the boot.about 6 inches or so down.then i install the hardware & lace the ribbon thru it which hide the cut ive made & allows u to adjust for ur specific calf sz. Kind of like shoe laces. if your foot is wider you loosen them to make more room I think the third picture shows a pair that I have done .its a clean cut and not very noticeable once the ribbon is installed and they are on. I made a point to show it in that picture let me know your size initials and what colors you would like and I will make you your very own listing

mommyc @haleylmay hi, no these cant b monogrammed by machine itll crack & probably break the machine because theyre so thick. I use an outdoor vinyl material thats heat set after its placed on the boots. Ull luv them! Theyre my most popular item :)

mommyc @lovelylexii46 ok u saw they run a lil big right. They dont come in half sizes . Im a 7 in these but i wear mostly 8s(sometimes i can wear a 7.5 ) .i have almost every color of ribbon u want. Pick 2 colors. Id choose one a grey or white so it matches most everything.the pattern for the pockets..hold on & ill take a pic of my fabrics

mommyc @lovelylexii46 then u may like the original design of these..meaning, they were originally created for wide calf ladies. The reason for the ribbon was to hide the cut to widen the calf area. These aren't like hunter boots.i had a pr & hated them.these are not as tall or as tight around the leg.

mommyc @raineraine hello. The new boots i have have the buckle on the side that allows for about 1 5-2 inches of extra width around the calf. And theyre not a tight calf boot without adjusting that so its generally enough not to cut them.but if ur concerned i can give u another inch or so & the ribbons lace over it to make it cute:)

My daughter has a very wide calf & shes had hers for almost 2yrs now.shes a teenager so of course ive had to replace her ribbons.lol i send 2 sets of ribbons with every pr :)

mommyc @dmforrester and i love the new boots i have.they have an adjustable buckle on the side so if u need a few more inches u can open them up & tighten it back if needed. The back also can be tighten or loosened a bit by adjusting the ribbons 😉 lmk if i can answer anything else for ya

These exact boots sell for $100+ w/others. rainboots cost $35-$40.theyre cheap crap.It takes me 4hrs plus to cut the boot for wide calf/Ribbons,cut out holes with special tools,install grommets,create & print & install initials,then ribbon.not to mention protecting every step so itll last for yrs.so i think about $20(after posh fees)for my work isnt very much considering the supplies cost that much.and NO i dont want to trade with u!

mommyc @hern617 the boots in the 1st pic are perfect for u.they come mid calf & i cut them to allow enuff room for ur sz plus u get a few more inch of room if u want to adjust the buckle on the side ;) i can also get the style in the last pic in a shorter length . mommyc @hern617 yes it's possible.theyre just going to be cut down further than these would be. I just did a pr for my sister in law and she has the same Sz calf as u. Actually the blue & yellow ones in my closet were hers. When I delivered them I had to cut them down about 4 more inches than u c here. After that they were fine.since I cut them further I installed another set of the grommets so they would lace up lower to cover the cut.i can also get that style in a shorter shaft

The only time i get very specific is if the calf is xl & if they r wanting the other style boot(those r more narrow so i try to make sure theyll fit..if she can normally buy wide calf & wear them fine these would be my choice for her. mommyc @missybeezy the others will fit up to a 17.5in calf comfortably but im gna throw in another curve ball for ya.lol ive just found a supplier where i can order those in a XL Calf where the side buckle allows a few more inches & the shaft itself comes at 17 inches then i can cut it as well.but it may take a week ir so to get them in. So really its up to u & depends on how much time u have.if u dont have much time id def go with these!

missybeezy @mommyc K I measured a pair of tennis shoe soles. From the point where the big toe is to the heel it's 11". I measured the bottom of the shoes I wore today from the outside and it's 11 and 1/4. Does that help? Can I do the black, tall, XL? As long as the buckle gets them to 18" they will be good. I think she'd like the tallest option... She is 17.5" calf circumference. I need to look at the color options for ribbon.

mommyc @kelley121 these are lower and have about 2-3 inches of extra width in the side buckle. I also make these wide calf in the back. Theyre also a lil wider in the calf area from the factory so u want have any probs wearing these. They fall about 4-5 inches below the knee.

mommyc @slthompson47 yes the bow in the 1st pic is grey but u can choose 3 colors of ribbon. I always send 2 extras so u can change out. Ill make u a listing after i get my kids to school & we can finish chatting there :)

mommyc @jatonyam this style with the bow goes up to 18inches. But ill tag u on a similiar style i have that i make up to a 22inch calf. Now if ur not fond of the bow i can make it shorter & smaller or u can always swith the ribbons out with black shoe laces if u c they bother u. U can lace them like u would sneakers u dont want to tie in a bow u know

mommyc @jatonyam those with the buckle come as a 16inch calf i make them 18inches by adding the laced up bow. If u need 18in the only way i can do it without a bow is the ones i tagged u on.
