sorena @carmenmariee So the secret to your rocking bod is pretty much cardio and low carb. Ugh I should of been a cheerleader. But I hated my school so much. Anyway keep it up. Don't be like me. I use to have a body similar to yours...then college happened. The freshman 3- I mean 15 is real 😒

carmenmariee @sorena I dislike my school too! But I love cheerleading. So I made a few sacrifices. It was kinda funny cheering for my school when I didn't like it. A lot of it is portion control, too. I use to eat like a whole bag of chips and disregard the serving size.

sorena @carmenmariee Same. Before in high school when I looked like you I'd eat whatever if it fit my macros. But more fruits and vegetables than I do now. I'd do HIIT and weights (fitness blender) then college Blah blah. So now I'm trying to get back to that, I've been trying since February. I've slimmed down a lot but the scale hasn't moved. So. But I'm still at the gym Er'Day 🙌😐
