@jmhaney21 hahahha I kinda miss the nice butt and thighs I had when I was bigger but I don't miss the rest of the extra meat in my mid section...every time I gain weight it goes right to my belly first😣😣😣 I've been thinking about wearing one of those waist trainers to get the perfect belly I used to have before giving birth to my baby boy😂😂😂

@jmhaney21 They definitely work you just have to get the right one....I have a back brace that works in that same way but I just don't wear it regularly so the results don't last for me...I believe that's how I lost weight...I was wearing my back brace for like a weak while I was doing a lot of cleaning in my robe so I was sweating a lot and I lost so much weight it was crazy
..I was losing so much weight I got scared until I realized what was going on😂😂
