sukinukiss Adorable. I usually wear a L size shirt and I purchased a XL It fits perfectly. This is considered a dress, but I wear shorts with it. If your more petite, then you would be fine for the length. I'm 5'4" and it comes up to my bum ;). I would also recommend a nude tube top because the fabric is see through. It's so cute with black shorts and tan gladiator sandals. Love it.
