kayydev @ckswife It measures 17" across the bust. That's from armpit to armpit lying flat on the floor. It's about 15.5" across the front of the smallest part at the waist. The fabric also has a bit of stretch in it, but it's a somewhat thicker fabric so it smooths and doesn't end up looking lumpy.

kayydev It's a bit hard for me to say. I'm 5'8" and about 140. I typically wear size 4 or 6 dresses and tops and I can wear this without it looking too big, although it has a little bit of room on me and is definitely not tight.. Laying flat, the measurements are about 17" across for the bust and 15.5" for the waist. I hope that helps!

maxtigger How old is it and color and is it missing anything csuse for a gift for someone who doesn't own a dress, long shot but gonna give it a shot only info shoe size cause we the same as for the rest guessing and i saw M and figure that is safe cause i think 10 or 12 want to surprise her so l can't ask and the dress has to be in mint new condition please attempting to put an outfit together. kayydev @maxtigger the brand is Necessary Objects. The dress itself looks like new. I double chwdk all of the seams and the lace around the bottom and it all looks great with no problems. Where you'll be able to tell it's not new is the tag inside looks aged. I've added a picture of it to the listing.

kayydev @canyousaycoffee I'm not 100% sure, but I would think so. The fabric has a bit of stretch, but not a whole lot. The top is cut in sort of a wrap style that is sewn in at the waist, so that would give it a bit more room too.
