This is the " Cindy Sweater " & it's darling, but it does run small. I'd say a JRS sweater for sure or a very petite build woman. Layers of ruffle & tulle like fabric, along with a V shape hemline & figure flattering cable stitches atop a pretty textured knitted pattern, give this top it's adorable little girl look. Long cuffed sleeves, rounded rolled neckline. Too small when I received it, never wore except to try in,No profit, just lucky if I break even, minus my shipping. Price Firm,

hollynoel25 @kimmerscali Hi I ordered it on on but didn't fit, it's a soft semi stretchi cotton/ Maybe a tad poly blend.. The tag is not in English .. I would machine wash on delicate & dry flat or hand wash as with all sweaters to keep their shaping. Hope this helps.
