Very unique styled red/orange polka dot Emma Domb vintage dress. Dress has unique decorative stitching on waist, neck, sleeves and chest. Dress has full acetate lining and short cap sleeves. I do not see any rips or pulls. Measurements while laying flat are: Chest: 15 1/2" Waist: 13" (approximated waistline) Sleeves: 6" Overall length: 56" Skirt length: 42 1/2" (from approximated waistline)
