This ultra soft maxi dress has a relaxed lightweight fit. Beautiful and flattering V neckline. Double spaghetti straps. It has a soft pleating in the back. Button placket down the front can be unbuttoned to wear as a beach cover up. 100% rayon. Made in USA. SMALL fits a 2-4. measures approx. 59" from top of shoulder to bottom hem. Fits bust 32"-34",waist 24"-26", hips 34"-36". Mannequin is 5'9",wearing small. Bust 33", waist 24.5", hips 34".
